If you are planning to get out or retire soon, here is what you will do

Don't waste your time while you are at your prime years, learn to earn more if you wish to retire or start a new thing in your life, it is so hard, but you must accept it, that is the reason why only few succeed in their lives. 

When I was at my late twenties and early thirties, I was so quick in responding to invitation for professional and personal development. I was thinking to be promoted and finished post graduate at early age, I secure insurance policy while taking care of my health, a ate healthy foods, ran daily, and join running competition to test and maintain my energy and endurance. At early age I am looking to my retirement, I pursued my Masters degree, take up doctoral but did not finished my dissertation defense. I have taken up NEAP course in teachers camp Baguio City, but missed the application for Principal's test when five years teacher I was still qualified to take the test. I waited for five years when I was promoted to teacher III to be qualified to take the test, I failed in the first and second take of test, I missed the next application for test, late to apply for one day to apply for the test, a lot of fellow teachers who also failed the test passed the test which I missed. I also joined the ranking for head teacher twice, but also failed twice. I encountered a lot of failure and mistakes.

I met them at the top, so continue climbing up. I was the one wearing rubber shoes.

The nice thing is, the time when I encountered failures, I started reading books, which you can also find in this website. In the first place it is hard for me to accept my failures, but I keep on buying and reading books for sales and personal development until I get motivated, but still suffering from failures. I started farming, for six years I was failure in farming. I maintain my website, then one day they discovered me and begin my journey to become farming consultant. Before the pandemic, I planted around one fourth hectare of hot pepper, though I always fail in the past, this time I was able to raise a nice and productive hot peppers, I take a video of my hot peppers, upload it in YouTube without editing, during the first week no one is watching it except my students who followed me. I have watch a video about making a tittle in YouTube, I watch my hot pepper video again and again then change the title maybe five to ten times till it was recommended by YouTube, the video gets viral till I was monetized, I uploaded the video in January, in April I was monetized, a lot of my viewers are asking about the foliar I used, I open an store in Lazada, put the link in my videos.
