 The first class municipality and now fast growing and developing town, San Manuel Tarlac.  The home of topnotch yellow hybrid corn producing farmers in the Philippines, the town produces rice, corn, onions, tobacco, and vegetables. Visit this mini forest near the town proper, just beside the Nestle distribution building. It is nice to see mahogany trees that was planted 20 years ago. The town has six gasoline station, a liquefied petroleum gas refilling station, a bank and two ATM machines in downtown area. It is a safe place to live and have business, it is along Mac Arthur Highway connecting central and northern Luzon. We  have 24 hour access to bus and vehicle going far north and south. We don't have hospital and fast food store like Jollibee and MC Donald. We only have seven eleven and pandesalan that is open 24 hours.

 Lazada is taking much from his sellers, he charged much that his sellers almost don’t have profit from selling in their website. Take a look at these charges that Lazada is taking from his sellers,  The item price here is 600 pesos, look at so many charges by Lazada, the remaining credited amount to seller is P466.40 only. Before there are free promotion of products for sellers, now, all promotion of products are being paid. The Lazada fees and marketing fees is too much, which I don’t recommend to aspiring sellers whose capital is from loan, you will be buried in debts. I don’t know if it is also same with Shoppee and Tiktok, they take much advantage much their poor sellers, that instead of lifting them up, they drown them from debts and other expenses.
