Four Important Wisdom that One should Have
Health- is the state of mind and body. We should sustain and maintain it. We should be careful with our food, the nutrients we obtain from them sustain the health, we should be educated with different vitamins and minerals we need, the amount and content is very important, too much will be harmful to our body. Our activity affects our health, our bones and muscles need to be used daily for them to stay functional and healthy. We need to walk daily, work daily, or exercise daily. Work is something that will used your muscle and bones to produce resistance and relax.
Service- is something that you can render in exchange of money or free. Choose something to work for, to start and develop until you make a name or identity. Have goals to reach, life becomes exciting because of goals, you are more happy in going to than coming back, so you needs to establish more goals and accomplish them one by one. You need to have achievements, what is exciting to know about people was their achievement. It is nice and pleasant to mention a name and the achievements.
Relationship- know yourself and learn to relate with other people. Be humble always, Accepting a defeat when no one give way. Learn to forgive, you will not get something from holding a pain or hatred in yourself, set yourself free, forgive and forget. Always treat others like how you treated yourself, love them unconditionally.
God- we are part of creation, we must accept that soon we will be part of the past. Life is worthless if we will not be a part of the God's kingdom that will come soon, so be ready and put an eye on that.
