You will need to prepare the following:
- 3 pieces green apple
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 piece lemon
- Sparkling water
- 4 glasses
The preparation time is 15 minutes. It is best if the fruits are cold before juicing.
- Juice apples with skin on.
- Peel cucumber and juice it.
- Squeeze juice from one lemon into it.
- Stir well.
- Put the juice in equally 4 glasses.
- Add sparkling water.
- Consume immediately while freshest.
